Through the use of pedagogical and reflective communication techniques, we teach conflict resolution strategies and offer sensitizing introductions to anti-racism and anti-discrimination work. We demonstrate our own "culture glasses" and the necessary change of perspective and sensitize people to cultural codes that are essential for building trust and shaping communication with other cultures.

We implement the participants' topics in a practical way by means of active and playful design elements and methods. We make use of our methodological and scientific expertise of:
  • intercultural social work and communication,
  • the emic perspective, i. e. the attempt to appreciate, understand and explain the inner reality of a culture and its members
  • cultural anthropological approaches
  • systemic and system-theoretical approaches and methods
  • Methods of NLP (Neurolinguistic Programming)
  • trauma pedagogical methods
  • Anti-racism and anti-discrimination work
  • the anti-bias approach
  • theatrical pedagogy
