In
order to account for the highly dynamic, creative and sometimes also
very reflective individual processes, the trainers are supervised by
supervisors.
Training
sessions are conducted by 2 trainers in principle in order to
sensitize the participants to the gender role and perspective as well
as to take up the gender aspect under the culturally specific
glasses.
Depending
on the content, group size and objectives, observing trainers will
also participate in seminars in order to analyse group-dynamic
processes, reflect on the methodology, check the results and evaluate
the overall planning concept.
