In-house trainings

Our employees and network partners come from many cultures.

This diversity and the people we work with require us to constantly question and expand our educational, sociological and methodological approaches.

It is therefore of central importance for us to question and reflect on our own thinking and cultural and family biographical assumptions for our work, for the transfer of knowledge and support for and to people.

Participation in in-house training courses is therefore an integral part of our professional activities. The employees of Neue Bruecke e. V. invest at least 32 hours per year.

Intercultural trainings and workshops

We also address the issues of flight, war, trauma, culture, religion, racism and sexual identity in the context of migration.

Our consultations, seminars and workshops are always geared to the needs, the current situation and the focal points of our work, as well as to the concrete problems and questions of the institutions and companies as well as the participants themselves.

The scope of the training courses is based on the content to be prepared and can range from a day event to workshops lasting several days - or, for those interested, consist of seminar modules that can be booked individually.

Cooperations with other MSOs or network partners enable Neue Bruecke e. V. to take up flexible topics and to plan and carry out tailor-made training courses together with the local experts.

Advanced training

For our employees we offer internal and external training courses on specific technical topics and pedagogical focus areas by external trainers.

If topics that are relevant for a large number of our employees or are requested by them, we book the trainers for our institution.

Train the trainer

Our employees are trained and trained by experienced managers as future trainers for the workshops, trainings and seminars.

In addition to the self-reflexive processes, this includes content planning, time management, counselling interviews, observation studies, group process analyses, role development, methodological competence, conflict and crisis management as well as the strengthening and use of one's own authenticity.
